OTHER RATES AND CHARGES:
Taxes: HST is added, as required.
Damage Deposit: All Lyons Cottages Rentals require a $250 refundable damage deposit. All Abbey Cottage Reservations require a $500 refundable damage deposit. Deposits are refunded after departure within 24hrs.
Pet Charge: There is a $50 charge for each pet per stay. If your stay is over a week, the charge is then on a per week basis and you may be eligible for a discounted rate. Please ask for details.
– We reserve the right to determine suitability of pets for our family-oriented property.
– Pets must be kept on a leash and attended by an adult while outside on Lyons Cottages property; with absolutely no exceptions.
– Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are in their crate. Excessive barking when left alone in a cottage is unacceptable as it would disturb other guests and may be cause for dismissal.
Linen Service: Towels, etc. are provided for each guest and are in your cottage at check-in. Each guest is provided with a bath towel and face cloth. The cottage also has bath mat, 2 dish towels, 2 hand towels and dish cloth. Each cottage is equipped with clothesline and clothespins for damp linens. Weekly guest may exchange soiled linens mid-week, at No Charge.
Daily Towel Service: This service is available at an additional $10/guest/day. Please request this service at booking or at check-in.
Daily Housekeeping: (vacuuming and bedmaking or bed linen change), please contact us for prices on this additional service.
– Cottages are supplied with brooms, dustpans, cleaning supplies and cloths for guests in case of accidental spills and cleanup during their stay.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum stay is 3 nights. However, during Peak-Season (July – Aug), we require a minimum stay of 7 days.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A 40% deposit is required for reservations and is due by return mail or e-transfer immediately after securing your booking. Delayed deposits (over 2 weeks from date of booking) will result in automatic cancellation of booking. For cancellation of confirmed reservation, 60 days notice is required, or deposit will be forfeited.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash, check, e-transfer or money order. Full balance of your open account is due at check-in with payment by cash, money order or check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT POST-DATED CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS or DEBIT CARDS.
